Date: Saturday 26th July - Sunday 27th July

Location: Shepparton, Victoria. 188Km (approximately 2 hours drive) north of Melbourne. 

Venue: Winton Raceway
 

Schedule of events:

Friday Morning - 3pm - 6pm - Sign in At the Country Comfort Motor Inn.
Saturday 8am Winton Sprints All day - See Sup Regs attached and Entry form HERE

If you don't want to race, we are organising a Beechworth Cruise and bakery visit.
Saturday Night - Yours to do what you want
Sunday 9am - 11am Show and Shine and Concourse - Victoria Park Lake
Sunday Night - Presentation Dinner A MUST For all who attend, we had a great night in 2006


Entry Costs:

To compete at Winton

Winton Sprints and regularity events. Will be checking whether we can have drift. but this IS NOT likely.  We will be hiring Flaggies and Marshalls, so your input is limited.  Lions club will be there with the hot food again, as well as the merchandise tent.
This event is going to be very expensive to run.  You will require either an AASA Licence to compete at Winton.  AASA Licences will be available on the day for weekend pass pricing.  (Price to be confirmed).
To get this event paid for, we are looking for some early bird payments

Motorkhana, Skidpan, Sprints

Payment by the 31st March 2008, $150.00
Payment by the 15th July 2008, $165.00
There's some incentive to get in early.  There will only be 60 spots for this event.  All model Nissans/Datsuns are welcome on the Winton Track day.

 Concourse (Park)

$5.00 - Parked in the show and shine only

Concourse (Judged)

$20.00 - Parked and entered in the concourse judging competition (trophy's to win)

 Presentation Dinner

$50.00 - Includes 3 course meal and soft drinks. Beer, wine and spirits at bar prices. Includes live band at presentation dinner

Accommodation: All accommodation has been organised on the main street and within 5 blocks of each other in Shepparton, all in walking distance to keep a close knit group with all competitors and spectators. Of course, if you prefer to find your own accommodation then that's fine, but you will get a discounted price when booking through a 1800 number that we have set up.

There is plenty of room at all accommodation venues for trailers.
